The Audiology and Hearing Services Unit at our
hospital offers comprehensive evaluation and rehabilitation for
patients with hearing loss, tinnitus (ringing in the ears), and
balance disorders.
With state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and certified
audiologists, we provide accurate testing, custom hearing aid
fittings, and counseling across all age groups—from newborns to
the elderly.
Our diagnostic services include:
- Pure Tone Audiometry (PTA)
- Impedance Audiometry (Tympanometry)
- Otoacoustic Emissions (OAE)
- Brainstem Evoked Response Audiometry (BERA)
- Speech Audiometry
For patients with hearing loss, our audiologists assist in
selecting and fitting digital hearing aids
customized to lifestyle, severity, and ear anatomy.
We also manage pediatric hearing loss, offering
newborn hearing screening and support for speech-language
development. Tinnitus patients receive sound therapy and
counseling.
For individuals with severe hearing loss who do not benefit from
hearing aids, we provide Cochlear Implant Program
services in collaboration with ENT surgeons.
